quiet comfort near the city
metro station helpful staff luggage room transport tickets
the hotel sits close to metro station i. p. pavlova. buses and trams are easily accessible from this location. the staff explained how to buy transport tickets. they told me which trams go to tourist destinations. the hotel let me leave my luggage in the luggage room after check out.
I noticed a faint bacon smell in my room one morning. It was quite noticeable, almost as if breakfast was being prepared inside the room.

breakfast included many choices. i saw fresh vegetables and fruit available. freshly baked bread was delicious and the coffee tasted nice, also a variety of drinks was served during breakfast.

The reception staff was very knowledgeable and polite. they addressed my questions quickly. the bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable. i learned about local food and drinks served there. They were happy to explain national dishes.

Acceptable stay but some issues
unchanged bedsheets long walk
The breakfast offered a decent selection and was adequately prepared.
The bedsheets were not changed , it was a bit disappointing. One evening, the dispensers for shower gel in the bathroom were not refilled, it was an inconvenience. The location required reliance on public transport because the walk to the center was lengthy.

clean room amazing selection helpful staff great team
My room, a superior double or twin room, was very clean! The hotel provides toiletries. Breakfast included an amazing selection. It was really delicious. The staff always tried to help me. They were great.
The tv channels had no English channels. I had to watch the olympics in German. Could see channels for other countries.

The hotel is near václavské náměstí. It is like a 15 minutes walk! Transport into the city was quick. A tram stop and tube are just 5 mins away.
